I can’t even binge the podcast because there has been so many realizations that I relate to that need to be broken down and journaled to begin making changes. QUESTION QUESTION QUESTION tho! Is there a possibility of you creating a call in for your friends(hi bc we’re friends) to bounce off questions/thoughts about their situation that your realization(s) has stirred up in them?!?
This podcast has changed my perspective on everything. I have been through lots of betrayal in my life, and the way leo talks about it makes me feel less alone in what I feel. I saw another comment saying this podcast is free therapy and I agree 100%!!! It’s uplifting but challenges the way you think in the best way. Thanks Leo🌪

Monologues centered on personal transformation, spirituality, and mental health anchor a blunt, no-nonsense approach to self-improvement. Episodes repeatedly explore inner truth, authenticity, coping with trauma, and the tension between external validation and inner peace, often through raw storytelling, reframing fear, and practical introspection. Notable traits include long-form, guestless formats, candid admissions, and a willingness to discuss difficult topics—ranging from grief and addiction to self-worth and faith—with humor and humility. The show often blends philosophy with everyday life, inviting listeners to follow along as the host experiments with beliefs, boundaries, and new ways of being.
