I’ve listened to a few Commis podcasts in recent days and they are really thought provoking. “Food for thought” you might say. Cait has an easy rapport with her guests. Some great people in the food industry with positive thoughts on where things are headed. I highly recommend Commis podcasts as a place to listen in these times of reflection. Well done Cait!

  • Commis podcast

This podcast is really enjoyable. The episode where she chatted with Tania opened a window into a young chef’s life that will likely resonant with many in the field. I’m feeling very vindicated after listening to the Michael Olsen episode. My chef daughter thought I was putting her on when I said I didn’t really know that cheese came in rounds or in any form but Kraft slices when I was a kid. I’d never seen a rutabaga. Boston bib lettuce was a real oddity, arugula unheard of. Listening to Miche... more

  • Awesome podcast

Cait has put together a brilliant menu of people in the culinary industry. At a time when the industry is grappling with the panic and stress of the COVID 19 reality , it’s so refreshing to be listen to individuals in the industry and learn their story. A dash of positivity during an uneasy time, yet a way to still keep us all connected. Well done Cait

  • If you are a foodie…

Commis Culinary Workspace always has such interesting guests! Each podcast reveals hidden gems and local establishments I look forward to hitting up. The conversations Cait has with local entrepreneurs are entertaining and informative. I am enjoying getting to know her acquaintances and realizing that food business ownership doesn’t happen overnight and only great people succeed. This podcast highlights many of those successes. Always look forward to the next guest.

  • Very proud...

My daughter is host and creator of this podcast. So, yeah, you’d expect me to be biased.....but, I was blown away by how good this is! Cait is a respected chef, entrepreneur and business owner in the Niagara area of Ontario. Food is her life. It isn’t mine though, so I didn’t expect to be entertained, but I was wrong. She is great at this talk show stuff, and her guests are excellent.

Fun, informative and educational, especially for foodies, people in the business or those just learning about t... more
