An excellent and much needed exploration of the personal/interpersonal side of leading and learning in a complex environment. (Is there any other kind today?) And a welcome counterbalance to the burgeoning swim-with-the-sharks narcissism that characterizes much of corporate leadership. Kate and her guest create a safe space for digging into what matters most: a commitment to humane and supportive workplaces. Highly recommended.
I don’t really -do- podcasts, but a friend had a link to this podcast and I stayed up way too late hooked to this. Even though the speakers discussed events and ideas in the Healthcare industry, it was completely relatable to my field in the federal government. I highly recommend listening to this podcast and look forward to many more.
