  • Remington episode wasn’t a banger

The episode with Remington was not good - I felt like he rambled on. He also didn’t touch much on 2024 energy, I felt like they talked about politics for 45 minutes.

  • Microbiome test?

    Hello,

I’ve listened to a lot of your episodes. Your one with the biomefx stood out and I clicked your link and bought the test.. for almost a month my test results have been done… the lab won’t give me my results… they say they were sent to you. I’ve contact you through your web pages, through your practice pages… I spent $450 on this test and at this point it was a massive waste.

BiomeFX will not release my results because they have you listed as the practitioner - when all I did was make ye... more

  • My Favorite Podcast

This is probably the best podcast that talks about more of a functional/wholistic medicine view and I love that they mainly focus on women. This podcast has helped me understand more about how things operate in my body & what would be some things to help me feel better. I reached out to a local functional medicine physician after listening to these episodes and I’m finally working towards getting my body balanced. I love all the different guests & practical ways people can help themselves feel b... more

The Ultimate Guide to Healthy Coffee with Dr. Charles Livingston
Q: What is your current favorite biohack you're incorporating into your routine?
I've started using NAD with careful consideration, recognizing that the most effective cellular uptake is via IV in some cases, but exploring new formulations that improve absorption while avoiding the downsides, like the “feeling of impending doom.”
The Ultimate Guide to Healthy Coffee with Dr. Charles Livingston
Q: What is your current favorite drink of choice?
I've been favoring products like Perfect Amino or protein-rich options in the morning, and I'll alternate with a kombucha or lemon water before coffee; my goal is to support recovery and provide a clean energy foundation before coffee.
Dr. Genevieve Newton on How Environment and Nutrition Shape Children's Well-being
Q: How should parents approach supplements for children?
Focus on a targeted, evidence-based approach: a good multi, omega-3s, vitamin D, magnesium, zinc, and probiotic, tailored to the child's needs and under guidance to avoid unnecessary over-supplementation; diet remains the foundation.
Dr. Genevieve Newton on How Environment and Nutrition Shape Children's Well-being
Q: What practical changes can families implement now to support kids' health?
Start with dietary foundations—prioritize whole foods, reduce ultra-processed items, and gradually replace items with healthier options. Incorporate outdoor time for sun exposure, consider evidence-based supplements like vitamin D and DHA, support gut health with a probiotic, and limit toxin exposure by choosing safer home products.
Dr. Genevieve Newton on How Environment and Nutrition Shape Children's Well-being
Q: What do you see as the biggest driver behind the rise in pediatric chronic illnesses?
The shift is multifactorial, with no single cause. Genetics haven't changed, but our environment has—diet quality, indoor living and screen time, soil depletion, toxin exposure, and disrupted gut microbiomes all interact to influence disease risk.
