  • Helpful information, too much filler

Really appreciate the helpful medical info. Daughter though, while seems sweet enough, the “uh-huh” “yeah” and “right” constantly interjecting is distracting and down right annoying. Especially when on an audio only like Apple Podcasts, I have to turn it off without finishing. Please stop with the mumbles and it’ll be enjoying and informative.

  • Good but…

Dr Stewart is so insightful. His daughter and helper of the show sounds like she is trying way too hard. Stop trying to keep up with Dad. She continually injects “ok,yes, yea, umm, ya, right,”. To the point that it can get annoying.

Love the show but please mute the youngster.

  • Good info

I like the info presented and Dr Kendall. The hostess asks her questions, tries to answer her own questions with assumptions that are frequently incorrect, and the expert corrects the info and provides a clarifying explanation. If this was not the intended format, it works by chance.

Peptides in Medicine: Immune Support, Tissue Repair, Hormone Health, and Cognitive Function
Q: How do peptide stacks work, and what are some common stacks used for recovery?
Stacks combine multiple peptides to address different aspects of recovery, such as BPC 157 for gut healing and TB 500 for tissue repair, often with GHK copper for skin turnover. The idea is synergistic delivery, cycling usage to avoid receptor desensitization, and ensuring adequate nutrition to support the increased cellular activity.
Peptides in Medicine: Immune Support, Tissue Repair, Hormone Health, and Cognitive Function
Q: What considerations should people have when starting thymus-related peptides like thymus and alpha-1?
Evaluate immune balance rather than just boosting one component. Consider genetics and nutrigenomics to tailor supplements, monitor for inflammation control, and support mitochondrial function. Avoid overdoing nutrients like methylfolate early, which can exacerbate inflammation if the immune system is already overactive.
Peptides in Medicine: Immune Support, Tissue Repair, Hormone Health, and Cognitive Function
Q: What are the common delivery methods for peptides and how do you decide which to use?
Most peptides can be delivered via injections for reliability, but smaller peptides can be used sublingually or orally, depending on absorption and the specific peptide. We measure blood levels to tailor dosage and sometimes use nasal sprays; the choice depends on peptide size, bioavailability, and patient comfort.
What Is TPE (Therapeutic Plasma Exchange)? Impacts on the Autoimmune System, Brain Health, Long Covid, and More.
Q: Is the plasma from other people? Is it synthetic?
We take other people's plasma, we micro filter it, and it is processed to turn into a 5% albumin solution.

Q: What is the test that you use to test all the different antibodies called?
