I found this episodes extremely helpful, specially since i found lots of examples of situations that happen on a day to day basis.
I really do believe that this will help managers into understanding the difference between constructive criticism and diminishing employees.
It also explains a lot on how to give motivating criticism so that the person criticised is determined to excel and motivated to achieve what needs to be done!
Great podcast! Keep it up!
