I am a sports fan, a fan of athletics, episode 94 what a great interview. Here here about the spectacle of team as well as individual athletics.
Full of excellent advice
I love this podcast. Gregg and Brenn are two friends that sit around and talk about marathons. It reminds me of getting together with my friends for breakfast on Saturdays after our long runs. Both of them encourage each other and are very open about their training ups and downs.
This past year has been great with bringing on Gregg's coach Nate and the updates on Gregg's progress for Berlin.
The interviews they have been able to get lately are awesome too.
Keep up the great work!
Great podcast for running geeks. Many tips for marathon training as well as coverage of professional running races. As a 44yo marathon runner, trying to reach 2:59 marathon, I do appreciate listening to Gregg’s adventures in reaching 2:59 (hence the podcast name). They also have a robust website with the same name with a full of training tips.
This is a great listen for more serious runners. Brenn and Gregg conduct concise, informative interviews with elite runners and coaches. They also have interesting discussions of major races, their own experiences in training and trying to achieve the goal of a sub 3 hour marathon including lots of solid training advice.
