  • Creating Space To Breath

So often today, where we look for places in media to focus our attention, whether it be social, TV, or film, it has become a form of escapism. Looking for “something“ to shift our attention from the daily grind of life in today’s upside down existence. This podcast is very much, not that.

There are so many choices today that it feels like searching for that one face in a sea of humanity on a busy street corner. That face that says it’s all going to be OK.

  • 🌌The best calming nighttime routine

I put this on while winding down for bed and did not expect to be crying and calming down at the same time. Aaron creates a space that feels incredibly safe and human.

He has this way of talking about hard, real things while also bringing so much light & hope. I felt completely seen. My nervous system softened. My mind slowed down.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed or just need somethinggrounding, this podcast is a gift.
