As a Circle facilitator for over three decades also, I am an affirmed and inspired by Dre and Em. Bringing circles in this way to the mainstream, Gives me that extra boost or nudge to keep doing what I’m doing. Naturally, we all look toward California as a trailblazer, at least I do being from California originally, I know that they are just way cool. So in my book, if they are doing circles with celebrities and regular people, what I’m doing with women over 55 in my community and have been doin... more

It doesn’t matter which episode I am listening to, it could even be a topic I am not familiar with or do not know she is talking to before I start listening, whatever it may be, I always find something. A quote, a positive affirmation for myself, a pat on the back, or a balm for my soul at that time. Dre is truly authentic and she is like that pal that you can always count on to be there to listen to you.
Circle This is the kind of podcast that feels like a good book - curl up with a cup of tea on your sofa and just click “play”. The host (my sister Andrea), and Emily have a dynamic that feels effortless — like you’re sitting with friends who aren’t afraid to talk about real life - the messy parts, the funny parts, and everything in between. Every time I listen it leaves me with something to think about and inspired to reflect a little more on my own life. Highly recommend. 🎧✨
