A personal reflection of Nora Ephron's "Sleepless in Seattle" (1993).
In memory of David Lynch (1946-2025). A personal reflection of his "Mulholland Drive" (2001).
A personal reflection on Krzysztof Kieślowski's "Blue"
A personal reflection on James Mangold's "A Complete Unknown"
I liked the notion that Bob was honest. He also sort of knew innately what the world was seeking. A voice (like Woody Guthrie had been) and he curated and cultivated his own songs to reflect the times. And the times did change. So why shouldn’t he. He was also brave or he simply ignored the potential roadblocks when he went electric. Really a thoughtful listen Mark.
