And if I may say, how sad I am about what Nomebee describes their experience was around the word of God as a child. I can see how one would get embittered by such an experience, so very sad. Family time around the word should be a safe place. I’m sending love.
Takes me right back to being forced to do the christadelphian bible readings everyday as a child and being beaten by my dad for ‘not sitting still’, ‘not keeping my finger on the verse’, ‘losing my place’. Suffer the little children indeed.
