    The Child Life on Call podcast has been an amazing way to gain perspective both as a toddler Dad and a bioinformatics researcher. Hearing the journeys of some many courageous patients and families shared in such a caring and sensitive way provides so much inspiration and context. I've also recently started volunteering with Child Life Services at my local hospital and this podcast is a great reminder of how much is going on under the surface of each interaction.
