Three years of Chatter. Sad that it’s ending.
Thank you for the interview with Mark Pomar. I loved hearing the background behind the Radios. The wealth of primary source material in the original languages is indeed a treasure trove.
I keep trying, because I loved the original podcast, but I simply can’t follow when the presenters speak that quickly. They are not speaking to a listening audience, but only to each other…I guess we’re supposed to be overhearing their conversation? Ugh. Editing and simplifying can usually bring the point across better than cramming in all the thoughts.
Regarding the dog movies. The American Kennel Club has statistics on the damage it caused to specific breeds. Dalmations and st bernards are not family house dogs. Both breeds require lots of exercise.
I really enjoyed the Chatter episode with her. I’m a retired librarian who would have loved to be alive & doing the work described in WWII.
