I am so glad I stumbled on this podcast when I decided to get back into swimming recently. I listen to this more regularly than any other podcast in my library. There is something for everyone no matter what your age or sport (I would say especially if you don’t have a sport yet). I listen to their best episodes just to get motivated and inspired for my next Masters swim meet. Listen to a few and you’ll be hooked too! And read Kelly’s Leadership book for even more motivation!!
