    Love Pernilla’s podcast and YT content. I personally like the self development side more than the fitness side, since that’s where I need work lol. I’m not sure if she reads these reviews or if there’s a better way to reach Pernilla — I really wanted to say that I would LOVE more visualization episodes like the most recent episode. I benefit so much from these Louise Hay style visualizations of my dream life! Thank you, Pernilla!
