Chad Hartman's show today includes some serious conversations about concussions and harassment, and then some not-so serious ones about construction and cheeseburgers. Friday's guests include: Major Garrett, Sheletta, Chad Greenway and Chris Madel
Discourse regarding the investigation into St. Paul Mayor Kaohly with guest Chris Madel. Then closing the hour out with our cheeseburger preferences. We're obviously hungry for lunch.

Chad is a brilliant interviewer and asks his guests questions that they’ve never been asked before. He engages his guests in a way that other hosts aren’t able to replicate due to his depth of knowledge on a subject. I love that he talks about serious topics with incredible vulnerability and then can pivot to hard hitting news with in depth knowledge and then have some funny banter on silly topics that bring levity to today’s world. I highly recommend his show.
I look forward to listening to Chad. He has fantastic interview skills! So refreshing to listen to someone who is levelheaded. I appreciate his take on politics and willingness to provide facts from both sides. He has amazing rapport with those that he works with. Great energy with so much knowledge. He really is one of the best.
Chad Hartman and his show is the best news show in town. Chad is extremely well informed and brings us the latest current events mixed in with some fun stories. The chemistry he has with co-hosts and guests is just so refreshing in this era of news. They make me laugh everyday. I can’t recommend the Chad Hartman show enough!
I've been listening to Chad for 30 years and am a fan. The show simply isn’t quite as good as it used to be. He’s fallen into the trap of only talking about negative stories and tolics and has started to veer a little too far into the conservative talk radio sphere for my taste. I still like him, though.
You will dumber after listening to these guys, lots of emotion. name calling, and clips, not much more, don’t waste your time

A fast-paced, conversational morning show that blends local Twin Cities topics with national news and politics, sports, and pop culture. Episodes frequently cover policy debates (airline seating fairness, e-scooter safety, and munition shortages), local happenings (Wayzata visits by prominent politicians, Farmfest coverage), and timely media chatter with a mix of guests from politicians to sports executives. The tone stays energetic and humorous, with strong audience participation and a knack for tackling serious issues with accessible banter. A standout aspect is the ability to pair stubbornly informed analysis with lighthearted riffs, appealing to listeners who want both substance and personality in daily news commentary.
