Although this podcast is aimed at healthcare leaders I find the content to be applicable to leaders in any discipline. The speakers have fascinating backgrounds and offer unique insights into leadership in the real world. The curious nature of the host shows up in the conversations and lends itself to drawing out the memorable stories from the guests.

The host does a good job of highlighting elements of good leadership while allowing the guest to tell their story.
