I find the first part of the podcasts (where the hosts discuss current events between themselves) much more interesting than when a guest is interviewed. The questions being asked to guests just seem pointless. Who cares about the early childhood and career path of some person I never heard of?
I enjoy Michael and Sylvain’s informative Canadian perspective on the food industry including the guests they interview. In this week’s episode, it was mentioned that China has increased their demand for corn, soy and canola. That concerns me because these foods are inflammatory from a health standpoint and there’s no mention of the negative way they are grown and their impact on the environment. It would be great to interview more guests that can explain how regenerative agriculture is playing ... more
