Jonathan and Kat shed light on the disturbing world of organised trolling and misinformation in Philippine politics. In a country with so much misinformation, the study takes an objective look at incredible but morally bankrupt success of using social media to reinforce a corrupt system. I was left with a sense of how deeply the lack of moral responsibility pervades the political world and PR industries.
Informative highly recommend .
Very enlightening Podcast. But does this mean, though, that with a high rate of unemployment in the Philippines we can expect more trolls & influencers like the ones you talk about.
