    Dr. Coopers podcast has been great in helping me though a major injury and now the recovery process. Topics like preparing for surgery to mental toughness and nutrition have all been beneficial.

    I’ve specifically been diving into the concept of mental toughness for a while now. How to become stronger mentally and having the ability to practically apply it.
