Went from a cool Carnivore / Ancestral Health show to a “Bodybuilder” show, that’s not why I originally subscribed, I’m sure it’s great for new listeners looking for that stuff, but it’s not why myself and many started listening originally.

There are a lot of untruths floating around out there in the food world. I learned the hard, painful way that vegan and vegetarian diets are unnatural, unhealthy and not made for humans. I tried both and suffered for it. Yet when I gave keto and carnivore a try, my body healed completely. Common sense tells you to listen to your body’s feedback - simple and clear.
