Reviews

4.7 out of 5 stars from 408 ratings
  • Great that they have broadened out the PMs

With CEO Mike Gitlin hosting, we are hearing from a broader range of Capital PMs. I think it would be great if they continued to do that and let us hear from everyone over time. The deeper dives from analysts are also useful. It would be great to hear from all the equity analysts.

How GM's Chair and CEO is redefining what's possible at a legacy company
Q: What would you tell your younger self about leading through change?
Build the right team, embrace change from day one, and move fast. You can't just run the business the way you did in the past—you must continuously adapt and push forward with urgency.
Beyond AI: Investing in the physical economy
Q: Can you share a concrete example of positive management change creating long-term value?
XPO serves as a case study of combining a technology-aware CEO with a capable operations leader, resulting in a cohesive team focused on long-term differentiation rather than short-term headlines.
Beyond AI: Investing in the physical economy
Q: Do you think the recent gains in value stocks have legs, and what could sustain them?
She argues for three catalysts: more balanced growth, a surge in U.S. capital expenditures driven partly by AI, and productivity gains from AI, which together could extend value leadership but will be highly company-specific.
Beyond AI: Investing in the physical economy
Q: What's going on underneath the surface in equity markets in early 2026?
Brittain explains that while headline valuations look high, the real dynamics are in the undercurrents, with potential for a broadening of the economy beyond AI-heavy names as capital expenditure, efficiency improvements, and restructuring lift traditional sectors.
All that glitters: What's driving up gold prices?
Q: How do the supply and demand dynamics work for gold?
Annual gold supply growth requires active buyers; as price rises, buyers can be incentivized by fear of missing out, but the dynamics are complex, with central banks and investors shaping demand.
