Great
I normally find something to make me laugh everyday because it's good for my soul. I also meditate but as I'm going through some heavy stuff right now I haven't done either of those things. Today I decided to try a guided meditation and yours was the first one I saw. I loved your story at the beginning and then...there it was! You made me laugh! You have a lovely calm voice and your meditation was perfect!
As an ADHD’er, I never thought I could sit still long enough to meditate, let along enjoy doing it. After putting off trying for so long, I came to the realization that I desperately needed to find some peace. I zeroed in on Calm The Bleep Down because it felt the most “real” out of all the guided meditations I browsed. Nearly 6 months later I am hooked and have recommended to several friends. By being down to earth, relatable, and honest, this show has taught me so much!
I’m so very thankful for the guided meditations in this podcast. I find your voice soothing and very helpful in keeping me centered. Please continue to providing this much needed guided meditation to all of us who would aimlessly wander our thoughts and get lost in lists without your voice to guide and focus upon.
