In the middle of a guided meditation, an ad with loud country music starts blaring very suddenly. My attempts to observe it nonjudgmentally failed.
The meditations are excellent. They are good topics, well narrated, solid teachings/thought work. Then the advertisements at the end ruin the whole journey. Please change this
