As an adoptive mom to 7 this podcast is exactly what I needed to stumble upon. I’ve just been listening through all the past episodes. We’re in a hard season as a family and I really struggle in our small community to feel as though we belong sometimes. It’s nice to hear my husband and I’s feelings and worries are validated and there is an entire community just like us.
Somer is a bright light! Her authenticity, compassion, and lived experience helps people walk this journey with a lot of hope. Her heart for loving kids and families who are walking through foster care and adoption is beautiful. Thank you for pointing us to the One who writes the best stories and walks with us every step of the way.
