It’s shocking how little help there is out there for helping your daughter deal with mean girls. I had mid hopes for this but it was just like everything out there already. No helpful tips, it was basically directed at girls who were once in the mean girl group and got kicked out and she said in her practice she helps girls figure out how to get back in by reconnecting with one of the “minions”. First of all, the mean girls do so much real damage to really sweet, kind, incredible girls-they des... more

  • My New Favorite Podcast

This has become a go-to listen while I work. For humor, relatability, advice, perspective - I have enjoyed every guest and every conversation that I’ve listened to. I love that there’s a baseline culture and spiritual standard of the conversations, yet there’s an awareness and openness to all who may think differently. Talking about the subject of parenting with moms is sensitive, but this is done so well. Thank you for this!
