  • Excitement for everyone!

Carrie’s energy and excitement — whether about running, career, family, or passion projects — is infectious! I love the variety of guests she brings on her show (I especially loved hearing from Susan Ejore, who apparently had never done a podcast before despite being one of the best 1500m runners in the world) and her ability to make everyone feel comfortable and get excited about their own accomplishments. It’s also interesting to hear Carrie’s insights as a former pro runner/Olympian sprinkled... more

Adding a vote to work on the podcast volume issues: the guests are usually v... more

Her coach laid out a tiered plan (A, B, C) with finish (C) as the baseline due to heat and difficulty, aiming for top 40/30 (B) and potentially top 8/10 (A) on a good day, though both agreed the A goal was ambitious.
