  • Transformative

Ive been following Harpo on IG for a few years and seeing her transformation has been inspiring. There is a comment below claiming some of these modalities are pseudoscience but that itself is a reflection of that reviewer’s limiting beliefs. Mindset, nervous system regulation and reworking your views are rooted in science. Thank you Harpo for your authenticity, for your awareness and your journey. Always look forward to your episode on Sunday’s ☺️

Old review: Harpo is so wise at such young age. I’ve learned so much from her.
