  • James Elson makes an excellent interviewer

In the latest episode James interviews John Kelly and Damion Hall and gets so much out of them by asking all the right questions and allowing them room to speak. He is highly knowledgeable about all sides of the sport of Ultra and trail running. This episode will talk to all of our ultra community.

  • Excellent review of the Spine

Having just completed the spine myself this was a brilliant episode. My head is in the same space as James in that I will never do it again! Really interesting to hear Matt (5 time finisher) and Damien (4 time finisher, winning this year) talk about what gets them going back year after year. James and Dan have a great sense of humour and work well together. Awesome.

  • Brilliant

Great listen. Both informative and amusing. Excellent banter between the hosts who clearly love running, respect each other, and don’t take their impressive achievements too seriously. About to have a crack at a 250km and have found this a brilliant listen
