This podcast just makes runs easier. Honest chats about the world of Ultra running…sometimes even with Dan 🤣
In the latest episode James interviews John Kelly and Damion Hall and gets so much out of them by asking all the right questions and allowing them room to speak. He is highly knowledgeable about all sides of the sport of Ultra and trail running. This episode will talk to all of our ultra community.
Having just completed the spine myself this was a brilliant episode. My head is in the same space as James in that I will never do it again! Really interesting to hear Matt (5 time finisher) and Damien (4 time finisher, winning this year) talk about what gets them going back year after year. James and Dan have a great sense of humour and work well together. Awesome.
Utterly interesting even though it’s just two blokes chewing the fat . Love it and wish they would do more , shame they too busy running . Probably my favourite podcast
Great listen. Both informative and amusing. Excellent banter between the hosts who clearly love running, respect each other, and don’t take their impressive achievements too seriously. About to have a crack at a 250km and have found this a brilliant listen
