I found Selena Knight's "Bringing Business to Retail" podcast both enjoyable and enlightening. Her extensive experience as a retail growth strategist and successful store owner shone through in the episode I heard. What particularly struck me was the discussion of the "theory of constraints," a concept crucial for scaling businesses by emphasizing the importance of identifying and addressing bottlenecks in retail operations.
I started listening to this podcast and Salena is so easy to listen to! Her tips are spot on for business owners. I also love her personal stories that connect her business to us listeners.
I love listening to Sal! Episodes cover a variety of real world challenges facing small business retailers around the globe. Her weekly episodes motivate me to create actionable plans rather than continue on a hamster wheel of hope.
Such a great podcast. Great guests who give so much expertise advice and Salena is great with quality questions to her guests but I love solo episodes the most. Salena’s knowledge of all things retail is phenomenal. Thanks for the podcast each week! @jenndonovan_
The content may be good, but I don’t want to listen to someone reading. The best podcasts are those that sound like a conversation, not reading from a script. It’s a shame.
