  • So Thankful

I’m so thankful I found Susan and Bright Line Eating. I read her book, and I’ve been listening to her podcasts almost every time I get in the car. • Practical, Illuminating and Science-based approach to food addiction and weight loss

Bright Line Eating works! I was a member of a 12-step fellowship with a similar approach to treating food addiction, but BLE gave me the self-authority and scientific understanding to make the food plan and program tools a sustainable way of life.
