  • So Thankful

I’m so thankful I found Susan and Bright Line Eating. I read her book, and I’ve been listening to her podcasts almost every time I get in the car. Susan is a wealth of information about the brain science and eating habits. I find her topics to be so fascinating and informative. I really appreciate that she is not judgmental about the eating habits or lifestyles of her listeners. She has a very empathetic personality and it is so needed with the kinds of topics she addresses. Thank you for making this podcast and adding to my week in a positive way!

Bright Line Eating works! I was a member of a 12-step fellowship with a similar approach to treating food addiction, but BLE gave me the self-authority and scientific understanding to make the food plan and program tools a sustainable way of life.
