I am honestly blown away by Trina’s work. Her podcast has been one of the most powerful tools in my healing journey, and I find myself coming back to it whenever I need grounding or clarity.

On top of that, her email support is incredible. The advice I received felt so personal, thoughtful, and genuinely car... more
I don’t understand the ratings on this podcast. The host is so negative and has little of value to say. Too much time is also devoted to ads.

This podcast truly helped me when nothing else worked. The host is refreshingly candid, offering real advice without any fluff. Each episode feels like a chat with your BFF who truly cares for you. If you’re dealing with heartbreak, this is a must-listen!
Started listening to Trina after a year of suffering. Immediately she helped me. Her podcasts are like she is talking to you alone. Even if circumstances are different it is easy to apply any of her advice to your particular place. I listen to one every day . And will listen 1, 2, 3 times. Whenever I start going back to my pain I turn her on. ..
I also bought Trina’s book. . Don’t be Desperate; its great. I spent a year doing everything wrong. . . I wish I had found her sooner. . but it’s never... more
