The best podcast out there on combating binge eating. Full of excellent, science-backed advice presented in a warm, professional and accessible way. The real-life coaching calls you get access to with a premium subscription are gold. It’s so helpful to hear clients being given advice on the very same things you’re grappling with. So glad I found this podcast.
Georgie and Mary Claire teach skills, share real life sessions with clients that educate and guide you on your personal healing journal with food. It’s insightful and life changing. A must listen if you have a unhealthy relationship with food, even if you have struggled for years and tried everything, you haven’t tried this.
So I guess all the episodes are “all access now”? Such a shame for those of us who can’t afford.
