  • All all access?

So I guess all the episodes are “all access now”? Such a shame for those of us who can’t afford.

  • Lightbulb moments

Listening to these sessions and using the online resources gives me hope: I don’t have to get heavier with every passing year. I have found so much wisdom here, and it extends far beyond eating and weight. This is support for life!

  • This is eye-opening for me

I am not even halfway into the most recent episode and already endorfines are releasing at the realization this specific one is going to help me so much just by listening to it. • I am so grateful I found this podcast!

I went from… “You can’t leave the table until your plate is clean young lady!” to an eating disorder through middle/ high school to now - a constant battle of binging and self hate. This podcast has given me more relief with food than I have had in a long time. In a massive nutshell, it is informative, fun, relatable, applicable and ingenious. I’m just really grateful for you all making this. It is so appr... more

I’ve struggled with binge eating my entire life, although I wasn’t able to give it a name for a long time. Most medical providers, and even mental health providers, are ill equipped to diagnose this and even less so to treat. I started listening to these podcasts in 2022, and am working my way through them from older to newer episodes. I am staggered and beyond grateful for the evidence-based knowledge, experience, and wisdom I’ve found here. I am slowly changing my paradigm from constant dietin... more
