  • Helpful tips for people already being treated for OCD by a mental health professional.

I am an OCD sufferer trying to make progress with ERP. I am being treated by a psychologist who specialises in OCD from the MWC. My exposures and this podcast helps me stay motivated. I also relate to the concept of the feared possible self and obsessive doubting. The FPS appears to give doubts relating to a theme more gravity. Is inference based CBT of value? Can obsessional self doubt be turned down with less inferencial confusion? Am I being ambivalent about ERP?

  • Helpful tips for people already being treated for OCD by a mental health professional.

I am an OCD sufferer being treated for OCD with ERP "the evidence based gold standard" and this podcast helps me stay motivated.

Doing the treatment is not easy and I have experienced doubts and uncertainties every step of the way. Motivation and determination is key because it can feel worse before it feels better.

  • From one clinician to another…

I’m an experienced mental health clinician (10+ years) and I’ve always struggled with assessing and treating OCD. This podcast hits the right spot in proving education to clinicians and not talking down to them. Looking forward to more episodes!
