Excellent podcast! I have been working on shedding my perfectionist “all or nothing” thinking when it comes to my weight loss and health goals. This podcast helped me recognize I can shed that thinking when it comes to alcohol, too. It feels empowering and calming to know I can make lasting changes meeting myself where I am now.
