Britt’s warmth and heart for her community shine though in this show.
I recently discovered the podcast and feel that the content is extremely important in the AV industry. There seems to be an endless amount of information, videos, podcasts, etc on the technical side of our work, but very little is ever spoken about the culture and related issues. I have struggled in our industry for years with insecurity myself. Listening to this podcast this week finally made me feel seen/less alone. Some of the subject matter is hard to hear but the conversations need to be heard and it really makes you take a hard look at your own behavior and the behavior of the people around you. Conversations, like the ones on brAVe space, are going to benefit all of us. This is a podcast everyone should listen to and I can’t wait for more content.
These conversations are so important for the industry! I’m subscribed and looking forward to more episodes! Thank you Britt!
