  • Robert Love’s Show is Incredibly Informative

I always learn something new from the Brain Fit podcast. He asks great questions and keeps things easy to follow.

The interview with Dr. Bredesen was super interesting, especially the part about how cognitive decline isn’t always permanent. Definitely worth a listen if you care about brain health!

  • Slippery Slope

Just listened to Episode 6. Regarding the comments on statins. I thought the comments were a bit irresponsible. Some people with arteriosclerosis take a statin to stabilize plaque to prevent it breaking off causing a stroke or heart attack. This should have been mentioned.
