The interview with Dr. Bredesen was super interesting, especially the part about how cognitive decline isn’t always permanent. Definitely worth a listen if you care about brain health!
Carnivore HEALED my leaky gut and autoimmune disease! It is the most anti inflammatory diet there is! Watch the movie “Animal “ released on June 20.
Just listened to Episode 6. Regarding the comments on statins. I thought the comments were a bit irresponsible. Some people with arteriosclerosis take a statin to stabilize plaque to prevent it breaking off causing a stroke or heart attack. This should have been mentioned.
Love Robert’s interview style and questions he cuts right to the point. Just less cutting off the guest would be good!
I found you on Instagram and when I found out you have a podcast, I was all in! Thank you for passing along this great information.
