    Great podcast with wonderful information. I am not crazy about having specific manufacturers or owners of certain types of companies to present information on a given bio hacking technique but I guess there's really no other way to do that otherwise. Rather than discuss the particular bio hack they instead focus on why their product is the best way to deliver that.     I started listening to the podcast about 2 months ago and I love to hear about how we can optimise our health by making the most out of the natural resources that we have (not only treatments and supplements). I think it’s great to teach people to start by doing basic things, then upgrade by adding all the extra treatments etc.
