  • Your Brutally Honest BFF

    Love how it feels like Diane is taking directly to me, even when it’s brutal. She’s helped me own my issues, let go of paralyzing perfection, allow myself to rest, AND get consistent with the habits that make the biggest difference. The episodes on the bodybuilding world have to be some of my favorites, though! Fascinating look into a world I’ve admired from the outside, but just like anything else, there is so much more once the layers start being pulled back.

    I love this podcast, there’s something on here for everyone. Diane talks about all things fitness, mindset & occasional sex topics. Diane tells us things that we don’t necessarily want to hear, but need to hear. Diane talks about shifting your mindset & at first, I didn’t want to hear it, but as I got further into my journey, I realized that I was doing some of the things that she was talking about & I had to change my way of thinking. This is my favorite podcast & I can’t rave about it enough... more
