  • The Podcast I Didn’t Know I Needed

I found Diane’s podcast about a year ago while I was going through a physical and emotional transformation.

Her approach is raw, real, and she doesn’t hold back, yet she is relatable and empathetic!

I came for the practical fitness tips but continue to walk away with so much more!

This podcast has been life changing for me ( and has gotten me through many a cardio session)!

Diane talks about shifting your mindset & at first, I didn’t want to hear it, but as I got further into my journey, I realized that I was doing some of the things that she was talking about & I had to change my way of thinking. This is my favorite podcast & I can’t rave about it enough... more
