Y’all think being black in the workplace in 2023 is hard? Try it in 1823!! Just another instance if division instead of coming together. Why don’t you try to love all of your coworkers regardless of diversity? Isn’t that your expectation of others to include inclusion? Sometimes you need to give a little in order to get.
I walked into work like, “yup it’s going to be a podcast type of day!” This is my new ‘go to’. I love this podcast! Working in the legal field at every job I’ve held I’m the ONLY black person. Only black woman at that. It’s very draining! Nobody in the break room can conceivably understand my perspectives and experiences. I feel like I walk on eggshells everyday. Thanks for being my coworkers and giving me laughs. Talking about content that matters and sharing black creator’s platforms.

Someone recommended this podcast a while ago and I took my time listening because I thought it was going to be boring but THIS PODCAST IS A MUST!! The hosts are so freaking funny and it’s like talking to your work friends. I have now listened to every episode and you can’t tell me I don’t work with Dana and Annessa!
