  • Podcast great but the Robbie Bent episode knocked it out of park!

I just started listening to this podcast and I’m hooked. The guest are terrific and do most of the talking. Wade doesn’t need to listen to himself talk so the listener gets educated by guests that are passionate about their topic. And I have listened to Robbie Bent episode 3 times.

  • Talks over guests

I’m interested his subjects but it’s so frustrating to hear him talk over experts he has on his show and go on long monologues that distract from hearing his guest’s views.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

309: Can Harder Workouts Backfire? - with Molly McNamee
Q: How does Molly view the role of exercise in a stress-management plan?
Exercise remains valuable but must be balanced with recovery. Low-impact, short-duration workouts combined with deliberate recovery practices are emphasized to avoid pushing the body beyond its means.
309: Can Harder Workouts Backfire? - with Molly McNamee
Q: What practical steps can someone take today to start reducing stress without overhauling their entire routine?
Start with very small pauses to breathe and reset posture, aim for 10-30 seconds of pause, and incorporate a brief end-of-workout relaxation like shavasana. These micro-actions cumulatively rebalance the nervous system and improve daily functioning.
307: Peak Cellular Healing Breakthroughs - with Caleb Granger
Q: How do NAD therapy and exosome therapy work together, and should patients take them concurrently?
Most patients do both or at least one of them; the protocols often start with a bolus or ramp-up to raise regenerative capacity and then maintain it with daily dosing, with co-administration providing synergistic improvements in healing and function.
307: Peak Cellular Healing Breakthroughs - with Caleb Granger
Q: Where do you source the placental-derived exosomes and how do you compare them to other sources?
Placental-derived exosomes have the highest regenerative potential and most tissue types covered, with umbilical-derived being next, followed by bone marrow and adipose sources; this hierarchy guides sourcing decisions for maximum healing potential.
306: Protecting Your Digital Vision - with Pam Theriot
Q: What practical steps can listeners take to protect their eyes during screen time?
Take breaks every couple of hours, consciously blink, perform strong blinks to spread oils, use preservative-free artificial tears, clean lids and lashes, apply a warm compress, and consider nutraceuticals to support tear production.
