Jay talks at such a slow pace and he takes very dramatic long pauses. Some of these pauses make me check my phone and make sure the podcast is still playing/isn’t stuck. John’s cadence is much better but he definitely doesn’t have as much air time as John

Hello Ken’s, You entirely missed the message of the movie. It’s not about Ken! It’s a multi layered movie about the place of women in the existing patriarchal society. I’m sure Greta Gerwig came up with this concept prior to Roe V. Wade being abolished and stripping women’s rights, which makes the message even more meaningful. The Barbie movie is The Handmaid’s Tale wrapped in a pink bow to make it more palatable. Watch again with any female and maybe you’ll get it.
