Loved Brian’s honesty about what he’s thinking about and how to integrate that with God’s Word. Appreciated a first hand account of impacts of Milton & Helene. Uplifting and useful! Thank you Brian!

Brian does a great job in this podcast of connecting physical fitness to mental and spiritual fitness. I stayed out of the gym for many years and reaped the results of that because I didn’t understand how the mental and spiritual impact the physical.
This podcast has so many great messages and it’s been an encouragement to me to get back on the horse. Listen to every episode, I promise you won’t regret it!
Brian does a great job of speaking on wisdom and connecting it to life, fitness, and more. Very relatable. He will challenge you to level up and get you to take action. Highly recommend! He is not a typical trainer/coach as you’ll see listening to his podcast. Enjoy!
