Hello, Beyond Bitchy listeners! It’s been a long time, and I’m thrilled to have something new to share with you.
When I recorded the previous episode of Beyond Bitchy in 2021, I knew two things: it was time to wrap up the show, and there’s always m... more
Last week, I talked about the first two of the four essentials for mastering boundaries: "Who's Got the Power?" and "Stinkin' Thinkin'." (If these don't sound familiar, I recommend going back to listen to Episode 142.) This week, I'll cover the thir... more

I found this podcast and am working my way through every episode. It is booth soothing and practical in helping me to learn about and set boundaries.
I started listening to this podcast from episode 1.
An early episode the presenter talks about gender identity being a valid way to define gender, but then says that there are differences between each gender.
It sounds like she wants to not offend the gender/woke campaigners but this denies the experiences of biological women, those born with and XX chromosomes.
Love this show and so glad I found it. She’s brilliant.
When Vicki speaks about boundaries she always anchors the information within the context of life. She doesn’t drop seemingly random advice and then leave the listener to figure it out in their own. Vicki shares the why and the how, gives examples and really makes the process feel doable.
I recommend this to everyone! Clients and friends - from a psychologist in Australia :)
