  • Underrated

I came over from IRP to check this out and ended up staying. Chris and Zacca have a great rapport and the Chasing that Feeling with Elise was 10/10 content...most underrated running pod series getting around. Look forward to Elise 2.0

  • ‘Chasing that feeling’ is a fantastic series

Love your work guys. It’s been awesome to listen to Elise’s preparation of late and the questions from Zacca and Chris are always very considered and prompt some great answers.

Also, I completely agree with Chris’s thoughts regarding the latest Parkrun changes. The next thing to go will be the celebration of 50, 100, 250+ parkrun milestones because that might deter and intimidate first timers!… 😤

  • Running Ks, cutting shapes?

The only thing better than this podcast would be the video of Zacca dancing as a warm up.
