  • I Love It

For me, it's so perfect. It does put me to sleep, workout pressuring me; but there's also absurdity and laughs while I'm winding down. There's a lot of compassion in there, too!

  • A graduate student’s take

I love the host’s voice so much- never used to like noise at night but when insomnia struck me, my friend suggested you and you are on repeat throughout the night for me now. Doesn’t help me sleep, but still a calming presence

  • No more nightmares

I have horrible nightmares, and this podcast and helped me so much. Soothing and repetitive stories (in a good way). Calm soothing voice. I listen to it all through the night. I am sleeping so much better. Thank you so much!
