I was a high school athlete, not the star athlete, but I got into running long distance and eventually started lifting in the gym, especially after joining the Navy where I realized the importance of being physically capable.

Q: Why does libido drop or go away during prep, or does it vary person to person?
The reason why is because when you are not eating enough food, your body, when you're eating an adequate amount, feels safe enough. If you are not eating enough food, the hormones in your body adjust to save more energy.

I think that bikini will continue to evolve, but I don't think that evolution means bigger.
