Generally a great podcast, but I’m *so* tired of hearing medical professionals like Dr. Sterling (and co-host Claire) say “gender” instead of “sex.” Mistakes like this, which have been perpetuated by the people who should know better, admittedly make me more likely to stop listening mid-episode and less likely to tune in for another.
Dr. Sterling gives straight forward advice and she truly cares about the health of the mother… just as much as the health of the baby. Thanks for the work that you do!
Dr Sterling’s podcast and instagram accounts are a breath of fresh air in all the pregnancy content out there. She focuses on positive advice and real data as opposed to fear tactics and misinformation. There have been many moments throughout my pregnancy where I’ve faced really challenging concepts and her approach helped me significantly. I can’t recommend all of her content enough!
