  • My favorite podcast!

I’ve been listening to BFP since I got pregnant with my daughter who is now 16 months old. BFP has helped me so much through my parenting journey, I’m constantly using hacks I’ve learning from the podcast. The podcast helps make my commute to work enjoyable and I think my daughter knows Laura and Shanna’s voice by now since I’m always listening when she’s in the car with me! I started listening from the beginning 2 years ago and am so sad to be almost caught up but appreciate that Shanna and Lau... more

  • Amazing

I found this podcast when I was pregnant with my first baby. He’s now 3 and I have a second who is 8 months old. I listened to this podcast throughout both pregnancies and am continuing now. I love the hosts and the content. It’s rare to find a podcast that feels so real, is a fun listen, and is so relevant to my current life. Thanks!

  • Thank you Laura and Shanna

This is by far my favorite podcast. Shanna and Laura are funny, witty, respectful, kind and empathetic. Started listening while pregnant with my first child in 2020 and they were a constant and needed companion in those lonely days of isolation and postpartum. Started listening again while pregnant with twins in 2023. I now listen weekly every Monday. Their generosity to share their parenting experience has impacted my parenting journey more than they will ever know. So thank you girls for your ... more

  • My “girls”

I found this podcast while I was pregnant at the beginning of 2024. I felt like I had 2 friends going through the same-ish things! When my some was born we were raising babies together. I paused for a while as you ladies got too far ahead of me but now I’m back and loving all the things again. Thank you for sharing the real life things. The sense of community you bring is so refreshing and welcoming.
