  • Mental Health Support

I started listening when I was pregnant with my second after my first was still born. During pregnancy, the podcast gave me a lot of laughs and levity during an anxiety filled time. After my second was born, she was hospitalized for meningitis and this podcast was instrumental for my mental health. It gave me a lot of BFPs to look forward to and hope to hold on to. Thank you for sharing your lives. You have impacted my life in more ways than I could express. With gratitude, Ariana.

  • Thank you for your support!

Laura and Shanna, you’ve had a wonderful impact on my life! I’ve been listening to your episodes ever since I found out I was pregnant and now my toddler is nearly two! You’ve uplifted me when I was feeling down and helped me try different approaches I wouldn’t otherwise have tried. We may never meet, but listening to your podcast has made me feel like I always have two friends to turn to. Can’t thank you both enough for that feeling!

  • Essential!

Thanks as always for an awesome pod. Since having kids, you’re the only pod I keep up with regularly and are truly an immense virtual support for surviving the BFNs of working mom life and remembering to celebrate the BFPs along the way. Since pregnancy #1 in 2020, I’ve listened to every episode at least twice (restarted when expecting baby #2 in 2022). I’m a business coach and I feel like you’re my mom coaches—and you’re amazing at it. Keep being you! Thanks, Merrill

  • Mom solidarity

I love this podcast! Laura and Shanna strike the perfect balance of encouragement, commiseration, practical advice, and laughter that we all need to manage the chaotic and rewarding challenge of parenthood. I have been listening since TTC with my first (turning 3!), and I have another newborn now. I love jumping back to old episodes that match my kids’ ages, and still listen to new ones each week. It feels like catching up with girlfriends. Hoping they keep this up until their kids leave the nes... more
