  • I adore Rachel and her passion to help women gain control of their bodies again!

Rachel breaks down understanding your body’s needs and overall health in a way that everyone can understand. She doesn’t fluff things to make you feel better about the facts. It’s science and not a wish, hope and pray the fat away approach. She and her team have helped me tear down the wall of not understanding macros and is helping me to heal my metabolism and I am so grateful!
