    I love how Amber really gives me the insight as to “why” I think the way I think about food. She has such a great approach whether you had disordered eating or just want to clean up your mindset around food in general. I find all her advice, the steps she gives, easy to implement. Everyone who wants to lose weight mindfully should listen to this podcast!
